Foreman was a standout in soccer, basketball and track for the Warriors with the latter arguably her best sport.
An outside midfielder, Foreman was a four-year league all-star in soccer, serving as a captain her senior year. She was also an Eastern Mass All-Star, an All-State and All-New England selection her senior year.
In basketball, Foreman was a four-year starter at point guard, a league all-star as a junior and a senior, a captain as a senior, team MVP in 2002 and 2003 and the Player of the Year in 2005.
Foreman as the All-State winner in the 100 meters in outdoor track in 2004 and 2005 as well as finishing runnerup in 2003. She was second in that event in the New Englands as a senior while taking third as a junior and fifth as a sophomore. A three-year Dual County League All-Star, Foreman was the league MVP in 2004 and 2005.
Foreman added sprint titles at the Massachusetts State Coaches Invitational in the 100 meters (2003, 2004, 2005), the Dual County League Meet in the 100 and 200 (2003, 2004, 2005), Massachusetts Class D State Meet in the 100 (2003, 2004) and the Weston Invitational Tract Meet in the 100 (record holder in 2003, 2004).
In 2005, Foreman was named Female Athlete of the Year for both the MetroWest News and the Wayland Town Crier.
She attended the University of Connecticut, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in communication. In track, Foreman was a team captain and a two-time Big East champion in the 60- and 100-meter dash as well as the New England champion in the 100, 55 and 4x100 relay.
